Samanta is a well-respected healer who has been dedicated to mind-body health for over 20 years. With a career focused on practicing Yoga, Jazz Technique and Bharatnatyam, she is able to combine unique perspectives about wellbeing, healing and physiology to create innovative wellness workshops.
As part of the Woods at Sasan retreats, Samanta’s work will centre on Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Therapeutic Yoga, Ayurveda and bodywork like Thai Yoga bodywork, Reflexology and abdominal massage. Besides health coaching and Diet/Nutrition advice, she will also incorporate interactive routines like Dance Movement therapy, Vedic Chanting, Sound healing and Neuro Linguistic Programming into her sessions.
Immersed in luxury, surrounded by nature and well-being sessions guided by Samanta Duggal, you will discover how to apply wellness principles in a practical way to take on the challenges of 2021.
16th January to 10th February
From 16th Jan-10th Feb you will have the opportunity to engage in sessions with Samanta with flexibility to dip into the treatments as per you wish; you may, for e.g. book 1 or even 2-3 sessions a day, all as per your convenience.
11th February to 14th February
The retreat from 11th-14th Feb will be solely dedicated to healing and wellness sessions that will include individual attention on each participant.
